The Platform also allows licensed professionals and organizations to create profiles, publish information about their services, communicate with users, and manage appointments or other professional activities.
The Platform is not a healthcare provider, medical clinic, hospital, or emergency service. Sikologo.ph does not provide psychological treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, psychiatric care, diagnosis, or medical advice unless explicitly stated for a particular service. Any professional services are provided solely by the individual psychologist or organization offering those services.
The information available on the Platform is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal advice. Decisions regarding diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare should always be made in consultation with a qualified professional.
If you believe that you or another person is experiencing a mental health emergency, suicidal thoughts, or is in immediate danger, do not rely on this Platform. Contact your local emergency services immediately or proceed to the nearest emergency medical facility.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to create an account unless you are using the Platform under the supervision or consent of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by applicable law.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities performed under your account. Psychologists, counselors, clinics, and other professionals are solely responsible for ensuring that all information published on their profiles is accurate, complete, and lawful. Professionals are responsible for maintaining all licenses, certifications, registrations, permits, insurance, and qualifications required by applicable laws and regulations. Sikologo.ph may request documentation to verify professional credentials but does not guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of any information submitted by users.
Users are responsible for independently evaluating whether a professional meets their personal needs. The inclusion of a professional profile on the Platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, or guarantee of competence by Sikologo.ph.
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could interfere with its operation. You may not impersonate another person or organization, publish false or misleading information, upload malicious software, attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, collect personal information without authorization, send spam, distribute illegal content, infringe intellectual property rights, or use automated tools to scrape or harvest data without our prior written permission.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform. By publishing content, including profile information, photographs, articles, comments, reviews, documents, or other materials, you grant Sikologo.ph a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, modify for technical purposes, and use such content in connection with operating, promoting, and improving the Platform.

Users may communicate with professionals through features provided by the Platform. Sikologo.ph is not responsible for the content of communications between users and professionals and is not a party to any professional relationship established through the Platform.
Where appointment booking features are available, appointment confirmations, cancellations, fees, payment policies, refunds, and professional services are governed by the individual psychologist or organization unless otherwise expressly stated. Sikologo.ph is not responsible for missed appointments, cancellations, service quality, treatment outcomes, or disputes arising between users and professionals.
If the Platform processes payments, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize applicable charges. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
You acknowledge that psychological treatment outcomes vary significantly between individuals. Sikologo.ph does not guarantee that using the Platform or consulting any listed professional will produce any specific therapeutic, medical, or personal outcome.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control or endorse those websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
All software, trademarks, logos, graphics, databases, text, design, source code, and other intellectual property associated with the Platform are owned by Sikologo.ph or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sikologo.ph disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sikologo.ph, its owners, employees, affiliates, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of business, emotional distress, treatment outcomes, or disputes between users and professionals.
Our total liability arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid directly to Sikologo.ph during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100) if no payment has been made, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sikologo.ph, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and legal expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, your submitted content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion if we believe that these Terms have been violated, fraudulent activity has occurred, or continued access may harm other users or the Platform.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
